Stacking exploits Disney's unadvertised ~2-hour grace period. After your Lightning Lane 'expires,' you can still ride it — but Disney frees your booking slot. So you book MORE lanes while riding 'expired' ones. This is how families go from 3-4 rides to 8-10+ per day.
Why can't I just use the Disney app?
Disney's app only shows your 'official' return windows. It won't show you which 'expired' lanes are still rideable, when each grace period actually ends, or when you can book again. Stacker Tracker shows ALL your lanes and their real deadlines.
How long does the Trip Pass last?
