Find answers to common questions about using Stacker Tracker
Getting Started
How Accurate Is the Grace Period Tracking?
The ~119 minute grace period is based on extensive community testing but is not guaranteed by Disney. We recommend building in a 15-20 minute buffer. You can adjust the grace period in Settings if you find it varies.
How Do I Add a Lightning Lane to Stacker Tracker?
Tap the + button, select the attraction, enter your return window times from the Disney app, and save. The lane appears on your timeline with all deadlines calculated automatically.
What Does 'Next Action' Mean in Stacker Tracker?
Next Action is your real-time recommendation for what to do right now - whether that's heading to a ride, booking a new lane, or waiting. It's calculated based on all your active lanes and their deadlines.
Text Messages & Alerts
How Do I Stop Receiving Texts?
Reply STOP to any message from us. You can also toggle off SMS in your app Settings. To resume texts later, reply START or re-enable in Settings.
What Text Messages Will I Receive?
You'll receive three types of alerts: 'Go Now' when it's time to head to a ride, 'Expiring Soon' when a grace period is ending, and 'Book Next' when you can grab another lane. High-signal only, no spam.
Why Didn't I Get a Text Alert?
Check if you've opted out by texting STOP, if you enabled quiet hours in Settings, or if your phone number is correctly formatted. You can also check your stack status by texting STATUS.
Account & Billing
Can I Use Stacker Tracker Offline?
You need an internet connection to use Stacker Tracker. SMS alerts work as long as you have cell signal. The web app requires data or WiFi. Disney parks have free WiFi available.
How Do I Change My Phone Number?
Go to Settings in the app, tap on your phone number, enter your new number, and verify it with the code we send. Your alerts will immediately start going to the new number.
Is My Data Safe? What Do You Collect?
We collect only what's needed: phone number (for SMS), email (for account/receipts), and your Lightning Lane entries. We never access your Disney account, collect location data, or sell your information.
