How Do I Change My Phone Number?
Quick Answer
Go to Settings in the app, tap on your phone number, enter your new number, and verify it with the code we send. Your alerts will immediately start going to the new number.
Details
To change your phone number:
- Open Stacker Tracker and go to Settings
- Tap on your current phone number
- Enter your new phone number (US numbers only)
- We'll send a verification code to your new number
- Enter the code to confirm
Once verified, all future alerts go to your new number immediately. Your old number will no longer receive messages.
Note: If you're having trouble receiving the verification code, make sure you haven't opted out (texted STOP) from your new number previously. If you have, text START to that number first.
