How Accurate Is the Grace Period Tracking?

What We Know
The ~119 minute grace period is based on years of community testing and reports from thousands of Disney guests. Most guests report their reservations remain valid for approximately 119 minutes after the official return window ends.

Important Caveats
- Disney does not officially publish or guarantee any grace period
- Reports vary: some guests see 115 minutes, others 120+
- Grace periods may change without notice
- Ride system outages or unusual circumstances may affect validity

Our Recommendation
- Don't cut it close. Build in a 15-20 minute buffer
- If a ride is critical, tap in before the grace period ends
- The grace period is a bonus, not a guarantee

Customization
In Settings, you can adjust the grace period for your park day. If you consistently find the default too long or short, adjust it to match your experience.
